For Leave Me Alone with the Recipes, published by Bloomsbury USA in 2017, I tested never seen before and unedited recipes from famed graphic designer and first woman art director of Condé Nast, Cipe Pineles. I used my recipe testing know how to translate her original visions into useful recipes for a modern reader.
“Repertoire” 2018
Repertoire by Jessica Battilana is a collection of real life recipes for the home cook. As the main recipe tester, developer, and editor besides Jessica herself, I helped craft rock-solid delicious and seasonal recipes that anyone can reproduce.
“Homegrown” 2018
Matt Jennings, the author, created a chronicle of his restaurants recipes called Homegrown. I extensively tested and retested recipes for this award winning cookbook published in 2018.
